Coinciding with the Year of Eucharistic Mission, The Year of Prayer has been introduced by Pope Francis.
Bishop Edward Rice invites all parishioners in the diocese to strengthen their relationship with Jesus through a
Consecration of Jesus through Mary. For the Consecration, participants would purchase a book containing
daily reflections and prayers to use in a time of preparation.

Using the book, 33 Days to Morning Glory, by Fr. Michael Gaitley, the women of the diocese are invited to begin reading the daily reflections
and prayers at home on Nov. 6, 2024 and complete the Prayer of Consecration on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Dec. 8 or 9, 2024.
The newly-revised books are available for purchase at a discounted price through the Office of Evangelization and Family Life.
