REGISTRATION FEE:
$80 per person if commuting and NO hotel room is needed
$100 for DOUBLE occupancy
$200 for SINGLE occupancy (if available – limited number of single rooms)

DEADLINE TO CANCEL REGISTRATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND: February 3, 2025. Cancellations received after February 3, 2025, will not receive a refund due to food already being purchased and hotel rooms being reserved.
The conference registration fee covers a hotel room for two nights and meals including Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as all speaker presentations and materials. This event is offered at a discounted rate due to contributions made to the Diocesan Development Fund. For those needing financial assistance, the Diocesan Lay Endowment Grant may provide up to $100 of the registration fee. Interested participants must apply for this grant through a provided link upon registering and must initially pay the full registration fee. Eligible applicants will receive a refund equivalent to the grant amount awarded: $100. The deadline for Lay Endowment Grant applications is February 3, 2025.
